Vomiting

I seem to be vomiting quite a bit lately. I had my surgery July 27th and have had 2 fills, the last one was 2 months ago. Lately I seem to be vomiting quite a bit. I am not sure if I am not chewing enough or what is goin on. Has anyone else had this problem?

I'd take a day or two to really SLOW down, CHEW well, don't drink and eat, and cut your food into tiny pieces. STOP before you are full and think about it before eating one more bite...if you are still vomiting, call your doc's office. Being too tight is miserable! I am just coming back after a complete unfill and being too full is not fun and is counterproductive to losing weight. Try the test and see what happens!

You should call your doctor and tell him how you're feeling so that he can give you some advice.

Also, you should go back to the liquid stage for at least 24hrs in order to allow your stomach to settle down.
