hey mark... can you give me some tips? i cant seem to keep weight off. Ive been banded since oct and ive been as low as 153, but im back up to 170! thats only 8 lbs down from what i was banded at!! Help!!

hi mark, im also 19 and im considering getting the lapband but im really really nervous about if. were you nervous before you got it done? if so, how did you deal with it?
