Hi all -

I am enjoying reading through all of the recipes.

I was just banded and still on the liquid stage, but I was just wondering, how do you keep track of your Protein intake. We need 60 grams a day. Do you actually keep a journal? Weigh your foods? Obviously I am thinking ahead now cause it easy now tracking Protein because I am drinking the shakes, but once I start with real foods I am nervous about this.

I too pretty much adhere to the low carb way of eating. Since I do this, I pretty much just keep a running total of my protein in my head. If you figure about all I eat is protein and veggies, then the protein is really easy to track on a given day since I'm not having to worry with carbs to any given extent.

This tuna recipe sounds really good and I can add dairy in 5 more days! :cursing: So, I will definitely give it a shot then. Thanks for the idea.
