thinkthin73....I know there are many if not all of us who understand your frustration and pain....It took me 2 years of battleing with the insurance company and seeing several different doctors..in the end I had to pay myself, but the doctor that did my surgery did not demand the psych eval or documentations like some docs do.....look around and get some feed back from others in your area.............don't give up. I am soooo very happy with my band even though I have newbie anxiety and questions I would go through it again in a minute.
