GO GIANTS!!!!!!!

I'm from a multigenerational and in-law Giants family. My late father used to scream in a high-pitched voice and he and his brothers would jump up and down in our living room while they watched the games. He watched TV, had a transistor radio to his ear (this was the 60's) and have a game on the radio in the bedroom and run between the rooms to follow the games. He was a fan!!

PATRIOTS all the way, going to be 19-0!!!

Major NSV for me on Sunday....I was asked by my company to work at the Patriots game at Gillette Stadium for 2 hours before the game at an indoor tailgate party, open bar and free food, then I was given 2 tickets to the game and free parking....

I fit in the seat with room to spare....Didnt lose my breath walking up the stairs and I had a great time!!

Sanjaya!!!! Oops. Wrong poll.

I like the Giants better, but I'd like to see that perfect season. So, I'm on the fence, and frankly, it hurts.

I'd LOVE for the Giant to win...I just hope it's a great game like the last one of the season.

I'm sorry to say this, but there's NO possible way that they Giants are going to win the Super Bowl. They just don't have the team, not to mention that they AAAAAAAAALMOST lost to the Packers.

Oh, and GO PATS!

Day 1 of pre-op liquid diet (3 weeks) and I'm having a hard time already. I feel hungry and just want to eat. I got the protein and supplements recommend by my program and having a hard time getting 1 down. My doctor / nutritionist has me on the following:
1 protein shake (bariatric advantage chocolate) with 8 oz of fat free milk 1 snack = 1 unjury protein shake (root beer) 1 protein shake (bariatric advantage orange cream) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein bar 1 protein shake (bariatric advantace orange cream or chocolate) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein soup (chicken) 3 servings of sugar free jello and popsicles throughout the day. 64 oz of water (I have flavor packets). Hot tea and coffee with splenda has been approved as well. Does anyone recommend anything for the next 3 weeks?

All I can tell you is that for me, it got easier after the first week. The hunger pains got less intense and I kind of got used to it and gave up torturing myself by thinking about food. But if you can, get anything tempting out of the house and avoid being around people who are eating. I sent my kids to my parents' house for two weeks so I wouldn't have to prepare meals I couldn't eat. After surgery, the hunger was totally gone.

I have my final approval from my insurance, only thing holding up things is one last x-ray needed, which I have scheduled for the fourth of next month, which is my birthday.
