I started liquids

I started liquids on saturday. The first day was little hard, i'm a kitchen manager in a resturant, so i'm around food all day long. Did anybody else have a rough go at it? I'm drinking boost, and lots of Water, i have a lot of Soup broth, and Jello.

Another question. I live in canada, i can find Boost but i can't find Carnation instant Breakfast. Can anybody tell me how much it is in the States and where can i buy both Boost and the instant breakfast?

It's not very expensive, approximately $3.00 to $4.00 for a box of it. I bought mine at Walmart and Krogers. They carry both brands you asked about.
