sfeiner 2 Posted January 20, 2008 I believe you need a certain amt of carbs and lots of Water to break it down . Just remember there are calories in protien too so too much will just make you fat. Wheetsin 714 Posted January 20, 2008 Too much Protein can kill you, but it requires complete extremes that, for all intents and purposes, you will never have to worry about. Just space your Protein out. Any thing in excessive quantities converts. 60g is a guideline number. Sometimes I'm there, more and more frequently I'm not, and I'm doing just fine.
