Breakfast: 1 egg, 1 slice of cheese & 1 slice of light oat bran bread & 1/2 orange Lunch: NutriSystem Rotini & Meatballs, 1 tbsp grated cheese & 1/2 cup of brussel sprouts. Snack: 9 All-Bran Crackers, 1 oz lean deli ham & 1/2 orange Dinner: 3oz of Meatloaf, 1/2 cup of GG Nibblets corn & 1/2 cup of broccoli & 1/4 cup of brown gravy. shortgal 5 Posted January 18, 2008 B'fast: One packet regular instant oatmeal with 1/2 packet apple & cinnamon oatmeal made with Water and topped with 3 tbs of skim milk. Lunch: Lean Cuisine: Ground beef with elbow macaroni. Cup of tea Bottle of Special K Protein Water.< /p> Dinner: 1/2 slice Turkey meatloaf, 1/2 stuffed shell and 4 tbs rice. I like this thread. It gives me some ideas of foods to try. I am such a chicken and afraid to try out my band on certain foods. Have yet to eat a single nut! FEAR! But it keeps me in check.
