HI ikgrubb, I'm to be banded on 2/19 at Scottsdale Bariatrics and so far am very happy with what I've experienced. They seem to have their stuff together there. And the staff have been friendly. Have you been to an orientation there yet? Worth it. Good luck!

I have had all my scheduled meetings, seminars and consult with Dr. Blackstone. I am very impressed, due my health and age, I guess I am more worried they will cancel me at the last moment......but pray not.

I will try to keep you updated on surgery and aftermath!

I live in Prescott, and due to Super Bowl we will not be able to stay in Phoenix the week after surgery but will retun home after discharge from Hospital and then return the following week for checkout
