nip50 2 Posted January 16, 2008 Constipation can be a problem for many and the Water greatly aids that. It also helps to wash out the fat that you're loosing. Try your best to drink, drink, and drink.
Kat817 19 Posted January 16, 2008 If I don't get my fluids in (I don't say Water, because I do a lot of SF Decaf iced tea) my weight loss stalls....good enough reason to keep me drinking!!! Keep sipping away, it will become habit, and get easier! Kat
seajules 0 Posted January 17, 2008 Went for my 1 week post-op visit today and we discussed Water in group. That is exactly what everyone said...your weight loss will stall. Good information to know....I will keep on sipping.......Does anyone else have a support group with their doctor or surgery center? Mine is sooo great. We all joined the local College exercise program and was able to register under the special rate of $50.00 a semester and we all go after group on Wednesdays and several other times a week. We also do many other activities together including our doctor. He has been very supportive and active in all of his patients. I truly believe that is what is going to make a difference in being successful.
