mylapspirit 2 Posted January 15, 2008 I have over 200 pounds to lose but this week I made it to 102 pound weight loss. I am about four and one half months out of surgery. The experience has been one of the best of my life! shelli:biggrin: 1 stephwellman reacted to this

What do you think have been the top three things that have contributed to your wonderful progress? Keep up the great work:waytogo: Happy banding, Mary Mary, The top 3 things would be: 1) Stick to the different food Phases as close as you can - the first three months are the hardest. 2) I have kept a food Diary from Day 1. This has kept me very honest with myself. I even kept it on Thanksgiving Day. (This never worked for me when I tried Weight Watchers but with the band it has been very successful for me.) 3) Attend your support meetings regularly and develop a good repoire with your doctor/surgeon. Be honest with him or her. Be honest with yourself. Set realistic goals for yourself. I hope these help. If I can help you in any way in your journey please write me. Regards, shelli:smile: 1 LJCBF reacted to this
