Ladies-Perfect Cup Size?

Recommended Posts

Thanks Mariposa, but the girls are still too big for Victoria's . I'm very disappointed the DD size, I don't believe there's enough swelling to cause them to be this large, but it would be nice if it is. My goal was a large C or small D, wahhh.

Hi HarleyNana

I think you are an inspiration and at 46 you show me there is still hope. I am still a newbie to the band (I am your bandiversary buddy) and bandsters like yourself are truly what keeps me inspired.

You look fantastic. Your body is better than mine was at 17.

Yay for you.

Are you sure your husband didn't slip the surgeon some cash to get more boobies?? Ya never know. :)

Hard to believe what a diff a couple of days can make, I'm not falling out of my DD bra anymore, how crazy is that? I have been taking Motrin for the swelling, maybe that's helping.

It's been three weeks since your last update (at least on this thread).... has the swelling gone down more?

Go for the C. If you get bigger ones they could make you look bigger/more matronly. I think D is too big if you have lost your weight already, unless you want the extra attention!!

Just curious what do you consider to be the perfect cup size?

I'm having TT and breast reduction/lift and Lipo on back, flank areas, tomorrow morning, if I don't chicken out, LOL.

Not sure if I want large "C" or small "D".

Scared chitless in VA,

Pat

Tova, I stopped taking the Motrin, but I might have gone down a little, very little, LOL. Still wearing a 38 DD, but in second hook  and hot bubbling out of the top and sides. The sides are still very tender from the Lipo.< /p>

A friend of mine just got approved for a reduction, she's going from F to B, she's not a tiny person either, I think that's way too small, but in order for ins to pay, she had to have more taken off. Next she'll be going for implants, LOL.

Thanks for asking.

It's interesting to me that most people want D. I've been DD most of my adult life, up to F as I was on the fatter end. All I have ever wanted was to be a C so I could buy the cute little matching bras and panties. Even at goal weight, I was a D and hated it.

I guess we will see what I say when it's my turn at the knife.

Angie, I had to laugh, that's exactly why I wanted to be a "large" C, so I could buy the matching bras and panties. Oh well, unless there's a lot more swelling, looks like I'm stuck with D's.

Day 1 of pre-op liquid diet (3 weeks) and I'm having a hard time already. I feel hungry and just want to eat. I got the protein and supplements recommend by my program and having a hard time getting 1 down. My doctor / nutritionist has me on the following:
1 protein shake (bariatric advantage chocolate) with 8 oz of fat free milk 1 snack = 1 unjury protein shake (root beer) 1 protein shake (bariatric advantage orange cream) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein bar 1 protein shake (bariatric advantace orange cream or chocolate) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein soup (chicken) 3 servings of sugar free jello and popsicles throughout the day. 64 oz of water (I have flavor packets). Hot tea and coffee with splenda has been approved as well. Does anyone recommend anything for the next 3 weeks?

All I can tell you is that for me, it got easier after the first week. The hunger pains got less intense and I kind of got used to it and gave up torturing myself by thinking about food. But if you can, get anything tempting out of the house and avoid being around people who are eating. I sent my kids to my parents' house for two weeks so I wouldn't have to prepare meals I couldn't eat. After surgery, the hunger was totally gone.

I have my final approval from my insurance, only thing holding up things is one last x-ray needed, which I have scheduled for the fourth of next month, which is my birthday.
