Suggested book

Hi all,

At my first support meeting last week I was recommended a book and possibly the workbook that goes with it. It is called "The Succes Habits of Weight-Loss Surgery Patients." I'm wondering if anyone has read it, looked at it, heard about it, used it...and any information before I shell out $20 for the book and $30 for the workbook.

If anyone has any other reading suggestions, I'm open.

I think I bought that book when I was preparing for surgery. As I recall, it was basically the stuff that I was taught in all my pre-op classes...about not drinking and eating, exercising, etc. Frankly, if it's the same book (and I think it is) it was not anything enlightening. Maybe you can look it up on Amazon and it will let you read a few pages...they often have books where you can do that online.
