Joeboo 8 Posted January 21, 2009 Well- update for me-- guess what-- I have FINALLY started to exercise- mind you it is walking my dog, maybe half a mile- but alot of it is up hill--- this is my first step to loosing the weight!!! I have also been watching portions and trying to focus on protein- which I hadn't really before. NEXT is a fill. I am on my way and feeling great. I will say that I do it right when I get home from work- otherwise I won't do it- I guess I am even happier that it is already dark- so no one can see me huffin and a puffin Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
Doddie63 6 Posted March 17, 2009 Hi: I was just reviewing my old post when I posted I was 250. Well I am now 223 slow but steady. Is this thread the replacement for the old? or is there another one I should be looking at. I like posting with people that have similar issues of slow weight loss rather than the speedies.
