Hi i have just read your message about gas and pain, you seem to be doin good hope all goes well for you li33ymint. ps i'm terrified i have to self pay hope it works for me as it's a lot of money if not.

it will work foryou, but you will have to work for it. The lap bandis a tool only. I am also self pay and have had the same thoughts

ifyou could go to the park on day 3 i would say you are doing great. It took me a good week before i felt good enough to bet out. give yourself time and don't push it.
