Thanks for the advice. I am being banded on Saturday, Jan 19th in Acuna, Mexico by Dr. Jose Rodriquez and have been trying to find a Protein Drink that 1) tastes good, 2) has a good gram level of Protein and 3) is low in fat and carbs.... this is the one I'm going with. I bought a container at GNC and tried it tonight; it was very tasty, thick and creamy! I also used Tavismommy's link to the discount online and bought another container for my return from Mexico... it was about 40% less what I paid for the same product this afternoon at GNC.

hmmm, i wanna try that one, but my doc has a list of Protein Shakes we shud stick to. he mostly wants them to not have more that 110 calories per serving

all star health sells the same size for 27.75 or 49.95 for the double size with 5.95 flat shipping no matter how many you buy. Supplement warehouse has the small one for 29.95 but they advertise that they beat an advertised price by 5% so you may check that out. Either way it is much cheaper than GNC.< /p>

Hi Everyone, just reading up on past posts. Just want to add that this may also be a good drink after exercising. For I read after any extreme exercising you do, you should take in about 90g of Protein within 2 hours after exercising. So I'll be giving this a try. Since I exercise after work, this will keep me from overeating when I get home.
