DeLarla 22 Posted March 25, 2005 I normally can't eat anything before noon. My band is closed for business in the morning. But after a good workout, everything loosens up and I get hungry. Normally I have a Protein Shake, but I used the whole "Friday" thing as an excuse to eat deep fried convenient store food. 7-11 food is about as low as a food junkie goes, I think. apple 0 Posted May 19, 2005 What stage can U have deviled eggs?
Nykee 13 Posted May 19, 2005 Hey you people, If you were able to eat like this... WHy did you get/need the band? How has it helped you as far as avoiding junk food and such?
DeniseG 3 Posted May 19, 2005 Apple, I have had the band almost 2 years and I still can't eat deviled eggs. I have a major problem with eggs, but, everyone is completely different. Some can eat them when they can have regular food about week 4. Nykee, did you mean eat healthy food, or eat alot of food? I ask myself that about the people who can now eat healthy food lol that was my main problem before the band. Unfortunately I think many people don't eat as healthy with the band but, they can only eat unhealthy for the most part (no bread for ex)in smaller portions except when it comes to junk food. Which never seems to get stuck lol
