Help no Weight Loss in 10 days?

Every month I have 7 to 10 days just before my period starts where I wont lose any weight. But what I lose the rest of the month more than makes up for it. Kinda frustrating at times but at least its an early sign that Im not pregnant lol.

LOL Pammycakes, well I do not have the oven anymore so I do not have that excuse anymore....LOL

I wanted to know those of you who up your calories how do you do it, what do you eat? I find that it is so hard with the small pouch to eat more, so what do you eat to get the calories so high?

Any suggestions will be welcomed!!

I have never had a lot of restriction and have been able to eat a large volume of food. But, one thing I do is spread the food out over the whole day eating every 3 hours. Also try adding an extra protien shake to up the calories if your stomach can't handle more solid food.< /p>
