PCP Required?

Hi All!

I have been lurking for a few months. I have been to the seminar, and now I meet with a nurse on Monday for my first appointment. I am wondering, however, is a PCP required to have for insurance purposes? I don't have one (I have a clinic, but not a provider) and I have NEVER spoken with a doctor about my weight. And it has never been brought up to me.

Am I going to have a difficult time with my insurance (Medica) since I don't have a PCP?
