Denise-HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!

Terri-I have seriously been thinking about another fill. It really hurt last time though. I am just SO scared of being too tight. Been there done that. The last time I had a fill was Jan 9th. I think I am at 2.2 I remember that she put alot in there (like 1.2) and I still did not think it was enough but we both thought that if it wasn't I could go back and get more. I wish I could go when the actual dr was there. The last thing I want to do is get filled to much then my year be up and have to PAY for an unfill  But, I will probably call today and make an appt. I have to do something. I can eat too much!

Have a great day everyone!!

Make your appt. for a Thursday and Dr. Spivak will do your fill...and ask to have it done under fluro! That's what I did last time (and was so excited to see the doc that i forgot to ask him about some weird symptoms i was having!).

Happy Birthday Denise! WOOHOO!

I go today for the ultrasound to have the procedure done for no more periods!!!

Laura, thanks for the siggy help. As you can see, I didn't quite figure it out. I followed your steps exactly, but I don't see the siggy thingy, only the link! LOL, ya'll can click on my link! Anyway, we tried. Thanks!

Gonna go play some scrabble. It is 82 today, all the windows and front door is open. I am going to read all day! AAAHHH. Just got a bad case of Spring Fever! We have spring break starts next Thursday (no school on Friday and the following week).

Be back later!

Pam - you copied the wrong code  Go back to photobucket, and (hold on, opening it so I can pick the right one) ok, under your picture, it will have 4 codes.. email/im.. direct link.. etc. You need to copy the IMG code. The last one. When you put it in your signature it will have blahblahblah.

Tracy.. WOW!! YOU ARE SO BEAUTIMOUS!! I love it, I wish I was skinny on my wedding day waaah. I took down all wedding pics due to the fatness. That last picture is perfect. Yay :tt2: I'll make you a siggy with the goofy face now!

Day 1 of pre-op liquid diet (3 weeks) and I'm having a hard time already. I feel hungry and just want to eat. I got the protein and supplements recommend by my program and having a hard time getting 1 down. My doctor / nutritionist has me on the following:
1 protein shake (bariatric advantage chocolate) with 8 oz of fat free milk 1 snack = 1 unjury protein shake (root beer) 1 protein shake (bariatric advantage orange cream) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein bar 1 protein shake (bariatric advantace orange cream or chocolate) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein soup (chicken) 3 servings of sugar free jello and popsicles throughout the day. 64 oz of water (I have flavor packets). Hot tea and coffee with splenda has been approved as well. Does anyone recommend anything for the next 3 weeks?

All I can tell you is that for me, it got easier after the first week. The hunger pains got less intense and I kind of got used to it and gave up torturing myself by thinking about food. But if you can, get anything tempting out of the house and avoid being around people who are eating. I sent my kids to my parents' house for two weeks so I wouldn't have to prepare meals I couldn't eat. After surgery, the hunger was totally gone.

I have my final approval from my insurance, only thing holding up things is one last x-ray needed, which I have scheduled for the fourth of next month, which is my birthday.
