OH HELL........

I BELONG TO A RESORT IN BRANSON MO!

I could reserve IN YOUR NAME up to 4 cabins!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Not as warm as TX though... and Branson is 4 hours from Kansas City INTL airport... you would have to fly into Springfield MO (HOME OF BRAD PITT) Springfield is 1 hour from Branson MO.....

Susie, MS_Jen, and myself it would be an easy drive (we do it ALL THE TIME)

I personally like the TX idea but if BRANSON IS A POSSIBILITY.... I would definately be able to go and I would even stay at Treasure Lake because it is so dang cheap!

Here is the website: (I have OWNERSHIP status in this park, so that means I can reserve and get everyone in)

Somebody (can't remember who) asked me for an estimate on costs to San Antonio/Gruene

The one B&B I looked at was about $220 for all 3 nights.

Airfare from various airports is;

ABQ - $178

ONT (Kity) - $264

Detroit (Judy?) - $286

Kansas City - $205

BWI (Michelle) - $292 (with a change of plane in Houston!...or you could just ride with us...fly to houston is $281)

The temps would definitely be warm....in the mid- high 80's.

WOW Mazie! it is a small world......

If we did this I would request 3 or 4 2 bedroom park models together... then we could have a joint "yard"

This is not fancy like the place Michelle had lined up... but it is nice.. and the indoor pool is nice.......... I would most likely make a long weekend out of it. For those familair with Branson.. the entrance is behind the IMAX theater... however it is so dang quiet as it is 544 wooded acres.

More $$$ to spend on shows, dinners, .... a shared yard, maybe we could even have a BBQ or "camp fire".

OHHHH stop it Tracy- your getting me all excited, like we could get people to come to "Missouri". lol

Wow! Both Branson, and San Antonio are both very doable!

Tracy or Maziemommy(I know you have a name besides Mommy---I just don't know it, and it isn't in your signature!)----give me an idea what you do for the weekends you go, that is not an expensive show..... Just out of curiosity.

Tracy can you get that many places, I thought I read a limit of 2....I probably was reading something totally different though.

Sounds like a lot of this is within walking distance as soon as we get to the park? Is that right?

If we opt for TX--there is going to be driving involved. It has been years since I drove in SA.......the damned inner loop and I hated one another!! Do we have willing drivers?

LOL! I know.. because SERIOUSLY TERRY.. I am in for TX.. we could always do a weekend in Branson at this park ANYTIME or in addition to the TX bash......

My grandparents joined this park when it was first being built so for me it is a family tradition to keep my membership up.......

May is beautiful in Branson and all the Parks and Shows are not busy because it is NOT summer...... SUMMER would be out because SDC would be soooooooooo busy with kids.. Fall is also a great time, but again busy because it is nestled in the Ozark Mountains (read BIG HILLS) and is very beautiful...

Let me know what everyone decides.. MY FEELINGS WILL NOT BE HURT IF BRANSON IS NOT EVERYONES CHOICE!

My 2 cents: I like TX or Tracy's thing. Tracy's thing has the indoor pool for michelle's areobics class. Is that doable for Jenn? I like how we are starting to narrow this down. Tracy's thing has relaxing things as well as activities! Ideas, opinion, suggestions????

Hi, I’m new here. I’m currently on the liver shrinking diet. So far so good, but I have to say I haven’t found a protein shake I like. Anyone have any suggestions please? My surgery date is September 17th.

Fairlife Core are by far the best. They taste just as they are - chocolate milk. You can either get the 26 grams or the 42 grams (harder to find and more expensive). For straight protein look at Bulksuppliments.com ..they have really good whey proteins and offer auto ship plus they test for purity. No taste or smell...

      2. BlondePatriotInCDA

Fairlife has strawberry, vanilla and of course chocolate. No more calories than other protein drinks. Stay away from Premiere, they're dealing with lawsuits due to not being honest about protein content.
