Totallytater 1 Posted January 6, 2008 I actually wore knee-high leather boots yesterday. Admittedly, they were extra large shaft boots, but a few months ago they would not zip and yesterday they fit great. I actually looked good. This lap band is going to be great! Mal 0 Posted January 6, 2008 congrats! I have been boot shopping the last couple weeks and very discouraged because nothing would zip...grrrr. sooo many cute boots...I ended up with a pair of practical, ugly, winter snow boots...blah, blah, blah!
Totallytater 1 Posted January 7, 2008 Here is a link to the David Tate Formula boot on Zappos. David Tate Formula (Black Leather) - David Tate Women's Boots If you order the "wide wide width" you get boots for a calf size of 18" to 20". They are sexy lace up boots on the back so you can get them to the size you want. Then you just zip them on and off on the side.
Marimaru 7 Posted January 7, 2008 Congratulations! I bought a pair at Target that have a stretch material in the calf area... they stretch pretty good, but don't need to stretch much on me at this point, just fyi to those looking for cute boots . Also, they have a high heel, but I don't feel like I am going to fall over in them
gkeyt 0 Posted January 8, 2008 Thanks for the Zappos link. Those are very cute! I am in love with these boots by Aerosoles: Aerosoles: RISKY PIZNESS They are stretch (PVC) but also zip up. My calves are still too big for most knee high boots, but these are great. They are also on sale. :biggrin1: These are the same boots but with a lower heel: Aerosoles: TIDEAWAY I love Aerosoles because they are SOOO comfortable. These boots are great quality and look HOT. I love shoes....
