Boo Boo Kitty 3 Posted February 2, 2008 BooBoo, What kind of Protein shake do you have for bfast? I drink Herbalife Meal Replacement shakes with added protien powder that they have. I love the new one Cafe' Latte. It is coffee flavored. Before I discovered them I was drinking Body for Life Soy Protien mix which is good as well. The Herbalife I can get 40+ mg of protien. Boo Boo Kitty 3 Posted February 5, 2008 And how is maintenance going for you Boo Boo? Thanks for asking Paula! but....I don't know yet I am still loosing...lol...I am truly trying to add calories in slowly, but I can't wrap my mind around it. It is funny you have the battle to loose, and then you get with the battle to stop loosing...never thought that would be so hard! I am no longer weighing myself, I had to stop. But now I am having to belt my 28" pants or they fall down. It doesn't sound so bad unless you factor in that I am 6". I am starting to scare myself.

hollywrites2u 15 Posted February 5, 2008 You are amazing! Thank you so much for posting this! Really gives me hope I can do it again. I was banded by Dr. Morton five years ago and lost 110 lbs. I got off track and gained 15 back when I needed to lose another 50. : ( I am getting a fill from him this month. The first one in years. I feel badly that I've not appreciated the band as it really did change my outlook and how I feel so much. Your weight loss is an inspiration to me! Thank you, Holly

I still have about 55-60 to yet (or even a little more...started at 191& doc says my ideal body wt is 112). I think I can do this and your story and others like it really do inspire. Thanks again. Oh and any meal preps you can help with will be appreciated also.
MollyTaMolly 0 Posted March 19, 2008 BBK thank you so much for your encouragement. I am in the beginnning of the process and have not yet been banded. Many sites say that people only lose 50 percent of their excess weight which was really discouraging me and making me think maybe gastric bypass was the way even though I really didn't want that. People like you are what is making me go foward and trust that God ahs a bigger plan for me and that I can do this!!!!!!! Thank you so much. I cannot wait to be able to share my progress along the way!
