Glad to hear all my fellow Jan 7's are doing good! I'm down 10 lbs already!! Still ravenous!! 2 more days till the creamy stuff!!! I've never looked so forward to having a Slim Fast shake in my life!!

I'm doing great, just a bit sore under my left breast. My menu has been Water, Jello, high Protein slimfast, Soup and Vitamin water. I've lost 6lbs so far. No exercise yet, only from the bed to the bathroom.

Hi everyone

My surgery went very well I lost 10lbs before the surgery on the 7th by the 11th I had lost 4lbs I have lost another 8lbs thats 23lbs in 15 days I can't belive I waited so long to be banded it is great I'm very happy with my new life. Thanks for you prays
