mandyjo 1 Posted January 3, 2008 I was banded in May, I am down 65+lbs. Now that is super cold here I am not walking. I have not done any working out for 3 months to be very honest. I am very bad I know. So my dh got us a gym membership today. It is a place that is a kind of " do your own thing". We are in a small town so there are no real trainers. I want to to and burn fat. rharriet62 0 Posted January 4, 2008 Yep! Treadmill, bike, elliptical...do whatever just to get moving. I rotate often because if I run too much my right knee hurts a bit. Read info in magazines like Oxygen, Self, Shape, to get fitness ideas. They often have good plans for a 30 min workout when you get to that level and need to be pushed.
