I take an Isotonix Multivitamin and mineral supplement. It is easy to take and I think it works real well. You just mix it with a measured amount of Water and take it once a day. I also take a Calcium and mineral at night that is an isotonix also. There is no way it can get stuck because it is a liquid. If any one would like info PM me and I will provide a source.
