I discovered a tastey way to get your Fiber and I promice Constipation will be a thing of the past. Kelloggs has a cracker called "All Bran Crackers" Multi grain and garlic/herb and baked. Very good! I ate too many yesterday! :cry

a friend of mine told me about flax oil cap and i take two of them in the morning and two at night, and no more problems with me.
