Has anybody used this insurance? Will they make you jump through hoops. Examples: documented weight loss diet for 6 mths.,be overweight by 100 lbs for 5 yrs or anything else. I've got the pre -existing factors covered : 43 BMI, high blood pressure,acid reflux, high cholesterol I'm desperate for answers :)
