louizemoore 0 Posted December 30, 2007 I am booked in at the end of Jan. I have a wedding to go to in India in March/April. I'm just wondering how easy it is to travel and find food you can eat? I don't really want to tell the people I am travelling with that I have had the surgery and am concerned I'll ruin it for them by struggling at meal times. Thoughts???? juliegeraci 7 Posted December 30, 2007 I eat everything just less of it. If you are tight you may have some acid reflux and you may want to avoid spicy foods. Depends on your body though.
stacyinmckinney 0 Posted December 31, 2007 :help:I am having so much trouble eating. How can you eat anything? I am literally afraid to eat because of all the Pbing I end up doing. It is a stressful thing to eat now and I am afraid to eat out because I don't want to be sitting there spitting into a cup the whole meal (which I do to avoid spending the meal in the bathroom). I 've had 3 fills but my 3rd one had to be undone because I couldn't get liquid down it was so tight so I am back to the second fill amount. Here I still feel hungry yet I still have trouble keeping things down. I am frustrated! I don't want to take anymore out because I felt no restriction with my first fill. does this get better?
