Hi all, it is so great to finally be at goal this last 10 days or so. I have been fortunate to reach 126 lbs. finally and even got down to 123.8 lbs. Was a little worried over the Christmas week because the treats and appetizers are tempting but this morning for weigh-in I was still 2 lbs. under goal at 124.0 lbs. I haven't weighed this amount or less since July 1995, and I am so indebted to Dr. Cobourn and my band. There is no way I would be in control of my weight without this lapband and having good restriction.

I wish everyone else here as much success in reaching their weight goals in 2008, if I can do it anyone can because I was totally out of control before I started this band journey. Wishing everyone a Happy New Year's and all the best.

Thanks Nume and Don for the well wishes! Don those pink grapefruit look sooo yummy! Unfortunately I am on a type of blood pressure pills that doesn't allow me to eat grapefruit anymore but it looks good!
