citygirl4616 2 Posted December 29, 2007 Hi...I am with you girl! I am scheduled to be banded on 1/10, and am soooo excited. I am 39, have been married 16 years, and have a 14 year old daughter and 12 year old son. Personally, 2007 has been the worst year of my life. Anything that could possibly go wrong, went wrong this year. 2008 is going to be the year for us both. I'll look out for you on the boards! Good luck! saleel22 0 Posted December 29, 2007 Hi to you all, I am also being done in January on the 16th. I am nervous and very excited about the changes it will bring. I can't seem to get enough of the forums. There are so many positives to having this surgery. There are some negatives but I think they are out weighed by the improvements the lap band can make to your health and life style. Good luck to every one.
