Gaining before first fill :o(

I have a 10cc band and no fill at time of surgery. I got my 1st fill yesterday of 3.5cc. I know I have restriction but I get hungry every few hours. I am following the rules and only eating mushies but I really want something more. I am back to normal food on Sunday.

I am at soft food stage and gained 4 lbs this week. man that sucks. I can only eat about 1/2 cup at a time. I havent been to the gym yet. I am trying to not freak out. but I am going to the gym tonight.

Thank you for so much great advice and insight. I have resolved myself to the fact that I am going to have to go back on a diet. I know I can lose weight, I'm a pro at it actually. I just don't know how to keep it off. So if I begin to lose while I am being filled one cc at a time perhaps I'll be able to maintain a slow level of loss until the restriction kicks in to help me.
