wombat712 2 Posted December 27, 2007 Those are aggressive goals sweethot. Good luck to you!!!! I know sometimes it's easy as pie to lose 2-3 pounds a week. And then your body gets different ideas :eek: I wish you absolutely the best!! sweethot143 2 Posted December 27, 2007 I don't know, i do have the bodybugg, and i run 3x a week, so i'm hoping be able to lose that much by knowing how many .calories i've burned each day. Even if I only lost 20 of those lbs I would be very excited. I'm a slowwwwww loser, so i'm hoping my body bugg keeps my in line. i lost 2lbs this week with it. Daisalana 33 Posted December 27, 2007 My weightloss is too goofy to pinpoint like that. I lose 5lbs one week, 1lb the next.. or 0lbs one week, and 3lbs the next.
