jbtullis 0 Posted December 26, 2007 I can't believe I managed it, but I actually managed to keep my band a secret from family during the holidays. We don't live very close to our family so they don't physically see us often. They knew I lost some weight this year. In fact they knew clothes sizes as well as exact loss amounts. When they asked about it they assumed it was a diet and the gym. I didn't tell them different and chalked a lot of it up to South Beach. It was an easy explanation about not eating any bread in front of them. It's not far from the truth anyway. How about you guys are keeping it on the down low? Did you get outed this holiday season? I was worried a bit as some friends the family met this trip know. But we made it. It was great to hear the compliments and wows though. Probably the best part of Christmas to me.
