Jonathan Carlson 74 Posted December 4, 2024 I'm just curious: does anybody use colostrum in their diet regularly? Does it help with weight loss at all?Sent from my SM-G981U1 using Tapatalk
Jonathan Carlson 74 Posted December 6, 2024 It's the breast milk that a mother produces shortly after giving birth. But the kind you can buy for human consumption is from cows. That's what you're supposed to do anyway. The security guards frown upon it when you try to suckle on the breasts of new mothers at the hospitalSent from my SM-G981U1 using Tapatalk
Arabesque 7,430 Posted December 7, 2024 I believe it’s only supposed to maybe beneficial to your immune system (bovine colostrum for adults vs how human mother’s colostrum benefits a human baby). Nothing about consuming it for weight loss. Out of curiosity I wonder what the nutritional value is?
