@Sophie7713 !!!

there u are! we've missed you!

❤️❤️❤️❤️

speedy recovery for u!!!

Here you are, SSS?! Missed you! Remembering your arm surgery - Are you pleased with the long term results? Please send us some images to aspire to. Once I can get past this robotic YUCK + OUCH phase... For me, SSS - this was truly the hardest procedure performed. I'm not sure how you endured arms along with multi-procedures in one strike! You are definitely Super Woman for sure... Haha. xoxo

i still love my decision to get an arm lift...BUT it does take some work to keep them looking toned. i've been up and down in keeping up with my arm appearance maintenance over the years, but lately i've been on an upswing (thanks yoga and pilates addictions!):

(and yeah, the the arm lift recovery was the hardest/longest/most problematic for me from the 3 procedures i had. PRO TIP: take it easy and don't do too much too soon!!! heal first, THEN exercise omg. Eventually though, you will be able to "wave your hands in the air and shake em like you just dont care"!)

Thank you, Amber! Congratulations and best wishes on your loss of 133 pounds! Amazing. How do you feel? Roses in your honor before your California Rose Ball Parade! I so much want to see that parade in person someday... Maybe PENN STATE will play in the Rose Ball 2025?

13 days out - Progressing nicely, but still a BRUTAL recovery. Surgeon removed an excess of 3 ¾ pounds along with hair + sweat glands, so no need for underarm shaving or deodorant. Continuing oral and ointment antibiotics for a bit longer, as my right arm has been extra red and sensitive. Swelling, soreness, stiffness remain as the skin heals from the trauma. Six feet of sutures. Very uncomfortable, but I continue to set my eyes on the prize. Wearing Mr. Sophie's big, loose shirts with button down fronts for ease. No desire to drive or venture out. Enjoy long walks (not power walking) at night in the neighborhood with hubby and puppy - quiet and refreshing. The Happy Halloween decorations are also entertaining!

Oh gracious, @Sophie7713. Six feet of sutures. Yikes. But no more bat wings & bulgy side boobs for you. Yay! At least your drains are out so that makes life easier for you. (I remember your first plastic surgery and you had drains hooked up to a coat hanger. So clever I told a friend’s daughter that tip when she had her 360 Tummy Tuck & fleur de lis surgery.)

      I have my final approval from my insurance, only thing holding up things is one last x-ray needed, which I have scheduled for the fourth of next month, which is my birthday.

      Hi, I’m new here. I’m currently on the liver shrinking diet. So far so good, but I have to say I haven’t found a protein shake I like. Anyone have any suggestions please? My surgery date is September 17th.

        Fairlife Core are by far the best. They taste just as they are - chocolate milk. You can either get the 26 grams or the 42 grams (harder to find and more expensive). For straight protein look at Bulksuppliments.com ..they have really good whey proteins and offer auto ship plus they test for purity. No taste or smell...

      2. BlondePatriotInCDA

        Fairlife has strawberry, vanilla and of course chocolate. No more calories than other protein drinks. Stay away from Premiere, they're dealing with lawsuits due to not being honest about protein content.
