Feel a weird spasm not painful just uncomfortable like indigestion in lower stomach since yesterday 3 months post sleeve

Hummmm… i would probably still call the surgeon just because it’s new. Maybe they can call you in some meds to see if it is indigestion though mine is never down low like that. Hopefully it will go away in the mean time and will be the end of it but if not at least you can tell him or her how long it’s gone on and maybe have more idea of when it happens. If it gets worse without explanation i would definitely make sure to be seen somewhere though.

Sometimes if it’s tasty we can also just eat a little bigger portion than we realize as well. I have my fingers crossed that it’s nothing but at least now if it does get worse you know what to do and the Dr has a record of your symptoms.

Thanks praying it’s nothing as well.

I think the bigger portion and something not agreeing could be right

airfrying seafood is just dicey

I get that occasionally and can usually track it back to something I ate.

When it happened the first couple of times I freaked out and almost went to hospital but after a couple of hours it eased. I mentioned it to my surgeon at my appointment with him in May and he said it sounded as if it was due to something not passing through as easily depending on size or consistency.

Last night it was like a rainbow shape about the belly button area but I think it was because I had a mini beef taco for dinner and I have not eaten much of that type of carb since before my op as I try my best to avoid bread and Pasta.

I think you right I feel better after a bowel movement- could have been kiwi or small potato bite I took but totally freaky

my diet is mainly chicken nuggets and airfryer shrimps with some berries and profee 3 months post op

tried searching for recipes but failed & don’t think can accommodate much

anything I should add other than Greek yogurt (hateful) or cottage cheese (already eating some)

Can you add in some eggs?

I have made egg muffins/bites in my air fryer and I do not like eggs but by the time I had in some veg (last time I used tiny bits of onion, some spinach and green beans) and a dash of Sriracha sauce I can manage them. As they are small they are only about 2 or 3g Protein each but handy as a snack.

Sounds good

I made some with cheese bell pepper and salt & pepper but found them too eggy if that makes sense

cab you share a recipe with quantities please - I suck at cooking :(

the stomach feels a little tender like it did after the procedure so concerned if I may have opened an internal wound or something - it’s around my belly button in the centre of the abdomen

After three months I would have thought everything is healed sufficiently for nothing to open just from eating or moving but I'm no expert. If you are in pain or have serious concerns call your doctors office to see what they recommend,

I have made the egg bites a few times and varied the recipe but the most recent one I logged on MyFitnessPal was;

Day 1 of pre-op liquid diet (3 weeks) and I'm having a hard time already. I feel hungry and just want to eat. I got the protein and supplements recommend by my program and having a hard time getting 1 down. My doctor / nutritionist has me on the following:
1 protein shake (bariatric advantage chocolate) with 8 oz of fat free milk 1 snack = 1 unjury protein shake (root beer) 1 protein shake (bariatric advantage orange cream) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein bar 1 protein shake (bariatric advantace orange cream or chocolate) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein soup (chicken) 3 servings of sugar free jello and popsicles throughout the day. 64 oz of water (I have flavor packets). Hot tea and coffee with splenda has been approved as well. Does anyone recommend anything for the next 3 weeks?

All I can tell you is that for me, it got easier after the first week. The hunger pains got less intense and I kind of got used to it and gave up torturing myself by thinking about food. But if you can, get anything tempting out of the house and avoid being around people who are eating. I sent my kids to my parents' house for two weeks so I wouldn't have to prepare meals I couldn't eat. After surgery, the hunger was totally gone.

I have my final approval from my insurance, only thing holding up things is one last x-ray needed, which I have scheduled for the fourth of next month, which is my birthday.
