I just got my seatbelt pillow today in time for surgery tomorrow morning. Velcro it in the car all ready to go. It looks like it going to be really helpful so I just wanted to share. It was on Amazon and it’s for Caesarian’s or Mastectomies. I just thought If it was fastened to the seatbelt it would be far less likely to shift in an accident (god forbid) leaving the seatbelt loose than my bed pillow . It was $19.99 for the one that could get here overnight. Here is the link if anyone is interested. https://a.co/d/8nw1RdU

I read some ones advice on here to take a bed pillow and hug it on the way home. Our roads here are full of pot holes and it did help somewhat.

Yea. That’s what I brought for my sleeve and it did work but I worried about the seatbelt being loose if we were in an accident. I was excited to find this because it shouldn’t slip off in an accident.

That's similar to the one that I got for myself from Amazon. When I was sleeved I used a stuffed animal, he was a long, flat, squishy dog. Whatever works! 😁

Just an update. I will be three weeks out tomorrow and I of course had to move it to the drivers side but I am still using this pillow. It helps keep it from running at this point and i hope that I don’t have to slam on the brakes but if I do I hope it helps some. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Hi, I’m new here. I’m currently on the liver shrinking diet. So far so good, but I have to say I haven’t found a protein shake I like. Anyone have any suggestions please? My surgery date is September 17th.

Fairlife Core are by far the best. They taste just as they are - chocolate milk. You can either get the 26 grams or the 42 grams (harder to find and more expensive). For straight protein look at Bulksuppliments.com ..they have really good whey proteins and offer auto ship plus they test for purity. No taste or smell...

Fairlife has strawberry, vanilla and of course chocolate. No more calories than other protein drinks. Stay away from Premiere, they're dealing with lawsuits due to not being honest about protein content.

Lost my Pup last month and struggled really hard for that first month. Stopped tracking intake and slid into old habits here and there. Also quit working out. Can't walk in the neighborhood because of all of the memories we shared. Losing my Pup is the most heartbreaking thing I've ever been through. My Pup was my world 💔
Talked to my doc during my one year followup and they were not worried about my current status. They know, and I know, that I will get back on track.

I'm so sorry. I lost my pup (Mr. Bitters - a chocolate Pomeranian) 2 years ago and it still makes me tear up. He was my everything - my constant companion. I understand. Do the best you can to get back on track.
