Don’t know what bra size you are but have you looked at the seamless crop top types? I wear the Bonds (Hanes) one. They’re stretchy all over so plenty of give with no real cup just shaping and gathers & comfortable. Not the best in terms of keeping the girls high & pert but fine for around the house. The sizing is generally based on your band size not cup size.

This is an Australia shop but it shows what they look like. I’m a 10E so I while I should buy a S I buy an M to cater for my E cup boobs. Lol!

I don't know what sizing you're looking for (or whereabouts you live), but if you have a local Walmart -- check out their George brand. I particularly like their bralettes (range in sizes from S-XXL). They're soft, minimal padding for a bit of shaping, no wires. Not adjustable, but for $12 CAD each I bought my current size and one size down for the next stage.

They were comfortable enough to wear even when I was technically a bit too large for them still, but as I've been dropping they've been doing the job well. They've got some plain ones, but also some lacy racerbacks, etc.

In terms of adjustable bras, I've had absolutely no luck since I started shedding pounds -- and I'm not willing to spend a lot of money on a bra that might not fit me in 2 months.

Not adjustable, but I buy my bras direct from the Bali website after trying them on at a department store. They cost $36 at the store and only $18 online, often with free shipping if you buy two. I bought one in white and one in beige, and so far in 6 months, I've only changed bra sizes once, so that's been lucky. I went with the wire-free as those are more forgiving with size changes. I'm wearing 40DD and find it's worth the little bit extra money to get good quality, even if they won't fit in a few months. Since I only have two, they get plenty of wear!

They make bra extenders. If you buy a size or two smaller in the band than you need and add an extender it should fit you for a while longer assuming you don’t drop a cup size. When I had the sleeve I dropped in band size a few times but in cup size only once. Well technically I went up a cup everytime I went down in band because that’s how it works but once I didn’t go up in the cup.

Day 1 of pre-op liquid diet (3 weeks) and I'm having a hard time already. I feel hungry and just want to eat. I got the protein and supplements recommend by my program and having a hard time getting 1 down. My doctor / nutritionist has me on the following:
1 protein shake (bariatric advantage chocolate) with 8 oz of fat free milk 1 snack = 1 unjury protein shake (root beer) 1 protein shake (bariatric advantage orange cream) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein bar 1 protein shake (bariatric advantace orange cream or chocolate) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein soup (chicken) 3 servings of sugar free jello and popsicles throughout the day. 64 oz of water (I have flavor packets). Hot tea and coffee with splenda has been approved as well. Does anyone recommend anything for the next 3 weeks?

All I can tell you is that for me, it got easier after the first week. The hunger pains got less intense and I kind of got used to it and gave up torturing myself by thinking about food. But if you can, get anything tempting out of the house and avoid being around people who are eating. I sent my kids to my parents' house for two weeks so I wouldn't have to prepare meals I couldn't eat. After surgery, the hunger was totally gone.
