Holy ish! I’m .4 away from my official goal!

I’m counting it since my body has been fluctuating weight for the last month! 😂 but this is insane, never have I ever been this weight in my adult life! Never have I ever been this fit, never have I ever stayed on this path and stuck it through. What an amazing tool! Next goal? BOOBIES 😅

Amazing. OMG that loss in that timeframe is totally inspirational! Took me much longer from a similar starting point. I am in absolute awe of your regimen. I suspect you have further loss in you.

I do wonder if I will lose anymore. I hope not lol I look too small in my opinion. And thank you! I am having a rough week, still working out but I have been eating Sugar Free Chocolates and for some reason I am not having a lot of self control. I am due for my womanly time so I am blaming that. But stepping on the scale this was a happy surprise!

You look amazing!!! Congratulations!!! I'm coming to terms with my body wanting to be lower than my goal lol It may happen, and as long as it's within reason, we have to just learn to be ok with it. We'll have fluctuations, so I think going 10 or so pounds below goal is ok. You definitely don't look too small. You look fabulous!!!

agree with poster above...you don't look too small at all....just right IMO. AND your boobs look very much intact..still good sized, yet higher up than your before pic! (sorry for objectifying you...you look fab!)

...also the lighter hair colour in the after pic suits you better!

I think going from a size 18/20 to a size 4 I am like whoa there! and thank you for saying I dont look too small that makes me feel better!! thank you soo much for your kind words!!
