Not sure why but it seems to be a common trend that we don’t see the difference in ourselves. I have seen it in some of your other posts though with the before and afters. Sometimes it helps to take measurements too. So you can see the inches you lose.

Have someone take pictures of you once a month (I had my husband take them from all four sides). You may not detect a difference from one month to the next, but if you compare a picture to one taken three or four months ago, yep, big difference. Plus it's fun to have a pictorial documentation of your journey.
