This isn’t really awful but worth mentioning. Immediately post surgery I was told I could take my multi with a Protein Shake. Well one day I had only had about half but I was going to leave the house soon and didn’t want to forget to take my meds so I took all my morning meds to include my Multivitamin. Well it wasn’t a second before my mouth started to Water and a couple seconds later everything came back up. Apparently it takes an entire shake to make it go down without issue. So instead of take with food it should say take after food.

        Fairlife Core are by far the best. They taste just as they are - chocolate milk. You can either get the 26 grams or the 42 grams (harder to find and more expensive). For straight protein look at Bulksuppliments.com ..they have really good whey proteins and offer auto ship plus they test for purity. No taste or smell...
