It takes a while. I finally just now feel good restriction on my 3rd fill.

I did not get good restriction until the third fill. I was still losing good though because the band itself helps reduce hunger for me. Donna

Are you getting fills under fluoro? Sounds like you need to keep hanging in there until you get good restriction.

One frustrating part of the bigger bands is that sometimes it does take longer to get good restriction. Keep on getting fills until you get there, it will happen.

They use fluoroscope there and that should get me the restriction I need.:whoo:

:whoo:<p>Listen, My boyfriend of 16 years has just passed away. I love this sight, but I must now take a trip from Virginia where I live. He was alcoholic and I am in recovery so I moved hoping that would make him realize life and love. Too late. But I prayed he'd quit drinking and now he has.</p> <p> </p> <p>I was banded Oct.16,2007. 3 fills and I still eat. I'm going to Mexico to get filled with a flouro scope. That should be the beginning of my advenure. I have lost about 8 lbs. At first 12, gained 5 and lost one more. </p> <p> </p> <p>I will not be on line for awhile because of the move back to California. My son is flying to DC to drive back with me.</p> <p> </p> <p>I will talk to all of you again. Merry Christmas and Happy New year.
