MsTeeTee 72 Posted September 28, 2023 Why is this part awkward? I get more attention. But now men want to date me instead of just stare at me. I don’t know how I TRULY feel about this framily. Help. 1 GreenTealael reacted to this
GreenTealael 25,430 Posted September 29, 2023 Dating is hard but It’s a little weirder after WLS. My non negotiable rules are never date anyone that wouldn’t have dated the “old” you or does not agree with WLS. Also take your time and absolutely be picky now that you’re in demand 😁. 3 Christina B1128, BeanitoDiego and SleeveToBypass2023 reacted to this
Christina B1128 23 Posted October 2, 2023 I agree.. you definitely get to be more picky about who you share your energy with. I've shared that I had WLS with one man I was going to give a chance to. But then he said you don't look like you were big, then he wanted to go on an eating binge date because he says he's a "foodie" and the last straw was him saying he wanted to go out for drinks. I already told him I never drank before my bypass. Definitely not about to start now... He told me sleep apnea came from getting up during the night to drink Water. So to me, these things were deal breakers because I already told him what it was. So nope... no thanks. I passed and told myself that I shouldn't have to tell grown people how to act. Google is free..it takes a minute to search bariatric surgeries and sleep apnea. We deserve to be respected regardless of size. Long story short, I'm getting lots of attention now. But they need to bring the right energy and mentality. You have the right to be picky. 1 1 GreenTealael and MsTeeTee reacted to this
