Danielle07 0 Posted September 7, 2023 Hi all! I am 8 days post-op and doing well, however my calves are so sore, like after Charley horse. No swelling or redness so I don’t think this is a clot. Has anyone experienced anything like this?
Arabesque 7,396 Posted September 7, 2023 They are awful. I used to get them at night & be woken by the pain of the knotted muscle. Try adding an electrolyte drink to your fluids or take some mineral salt tablets. You’re probably lacking in magnesium, sodium or some of the other micro nutrients because of your current restrictive diet. 2 BeanitoDiego and SleeveToBypass2023 reacted to this
BabySpoons 616 Posted September 7, 2023 This may sound weird but try drinking some dill Pickle Juice. I'm told it works almost immediately to stop leg cramps. More than likely you have an electrolyte imbalance. Vitamin B or a Vitamin D deficiency or a lack of minerals (e.g., Calcium, magnesium, potassium, phosphorous) can be leg cramp drivers. So hopefully you are keeping up on your daily Vitamins and hydrate, hydrate, hydrate. Good luck!! 1 SleeveToBypass2023 reacted to this

Looked up the side effects of stevia and leg cramps. Quit using it and legs feel so much better. Just my experience. 1 BeanitoDiego reacted to this
