Talk to your doctor about your lower pain tolerance and they'll be able to help you manage it. 1 JonBlue reacted to this
Mike.J.Y 70 Posted September 21, 2023 The pain for me was mainly from the incisions being stiff for couple days, but still able to get up though without being in to much pain. 2 NettyD and JonBlue reacted to this

Same. The only pain I had was in the hospital. I was sore getting in and out of bed at home (a comfortable recliner or wedge pillow helps with this), but nothing major. They sent me home with pain medication, but I never took it. And I think I only took the Tylenol a couple times. @JonBlue 1 1 ElleRodri and JonBlue reacted to this
ElleRodri 39 Posted September 22, 2023 I had a lot of scar tissue and some other issues that were being corrected at the same time so I have had a rough time with managing pain since the surgery. I had surgery on the 11th, and on the 12th I ripped internal stitches so yay for superglue. The only thing that has saved me is wearing the binder near constantly. But I also have a VERY low pain tolerance and take norco daily for a nonhealing back injury. So they sent me home with oxy and a muscle relaxer. I had to get the muscle relaxer refilled and am currently trying to make do on the pain meds I normally take. So far so good and I'm back at the office today. Planning on working both jobs today so we'll see how tonight goes at the bar. Luckily hubby said he'd stick around after he sets up my speakers and see how I'm feeling and if I need him to emcee instead. 1 1 BeanitoDiego and NettyD reacted to this

BeanitoDiego 153 Posted October 10, 2023 All of my pain issues are mostly gone. I only feel a bit of pain if I drink too much Water. I will put my hands up in the air and stretch upwards until the water moves on. I'm happy that all of my incisions have healed up well, and I went swimming for the first time last weekend. This may sound very strange, but now, jiggling my lower belly around feels nice, kinda like I'm massaging all of those areas that are still healing inside. 2 Shanna NYC and BeanitoDiego reacted to this
