What foods keep you full longest?

Did you eat the prime rib first? Cut small pieces and chew chew chew? How long did it take you to finish all of that on your plate? Did you avoid drinking with your meal?

If you do all of those things and you are still feeling like you are not full then you probably do not have restriction yet (most don't at your stage) and will need to rely on your will power to make it through to your first fill.

solid Protein, chicken, fish, beef, all of these last me for up to 5 hours. liquid calories about 2 hours and softer foods, like cottage cheese, about 3 hours.

I think I ate the prime rib 1st, then the Beans and potato in sequence. Then I ate a pc. of yogurt pie. Oh boy, I know I ate too much. The good thing, the prime rib was only 1/4 thick and I ate the smallest piece. The german shepard dog there are the rest and loved it!
