LindsayT 596 Posted June 16, 2023 Read the labels. 2.5 oz of baby food chicken has just over 8 g of Protein whereas 2.5 oz of real chicken breast has 16 g of protein. The nutritional count is not the same. When everything you put in your stomach matters, this is important. If you don't want to use your ninja, which I get, it's loud, bulky, and unfun to clean.
