Is milk allowed on the pre op diet? I have an oatmeal mix and was wondering if I could add milk instead of Water. If so, what kind? We have 1%

Depends on your program. I could have milk on mine.

pre-op diets vary tremendously, and some surgeons don't require them at all. Only your clinic can tell you what their requirements are. Milke (and oatmeal) were not allowed on mine.
