i went to Olive Garden, ordered Ravioli Carbonara and a coke. Of course salad and I had breadsticks. Day two and I'm hungry and nauseous. I have these gross Protein meals to eat but I'd rather diet with grilled chicken and some veggies.

@Turch I'm on day 2 as well. I feel weak but everything I read says it is normal. I love me some Protein Shakes

I am and always have been very picky. None of the shakes Ive tried taste good to me. I'm not a fan of the aftertaste most diet foods have.
